Configure Branding for the vCloud Automation Center Console

System administrators can change the appearance of the vCloud Automation Center console to meet site-specific branding guidelines by changing the logo, the background color, and information in the header and footer.

System administrators control the default branding for tenants. Tenant administrators can use the default or reconfigure branding for each tenant.

As you make changes, you will see a preview of each change at the bottom of the form. The changes take effect when they are saved.

Prerequisites

Log in to the vCloud Automation Center console as a system administrator or tenant administrator.

Procedure

1	Select Administration > Branding.
2	Deselect the Use default check box.
3	(Optional) Click Choose File next to Header Logo to upload a logo image.
4	(Optional) Type a name in the Product name text box and press Enter to preview your selection. The name appears next to the logo in the header preview.
5	Type the hex code for the background color in the Background hex color text box and press Enter to preview your selection.
6	Type the hex code for the text color in the Text hex color text box and press Enter to preview your selection.
7	(Optional) Type the name of the company in the Company name text box and press Enter to preview your selection. The name appears as hover text over the company logo.
8	Click Next.
9	Type the copyright information in the Copyright notice text box and press Enter to preview your selection. This information appears in the preview of the footer for your site.
10	(Optional) Type the URL to your privacy policy in the Privacy policy link text box and press Enter to preview your selection. The Privacy Policy link appears on the footer preview.
11	(Optional) Type the URL to your contact page in the Contact link text box and press Enter to preview your selection. The Contact us link appears on the footer preview.
12	Click Update. The console is updated with your changes.
