Question:- Is there a new product that replaces vSphere AppHA?
Answer:- There is no replacement for the vSphere AppHA feature, customers can use vSphere Data Protection, HA, Fault Tolerance, and Replication to protect their environments along with supported third-party products.
Question:- Are there alternative third party products available?
Answer:- Yes, for AppHA scenarios customers can use third-party applications, such as ApplicationHA from Symantec.
Note: VMware does not recommend any specific third-party application.
