Black screen when logging in to a Horizon View virtual desktop

Issue:-
This week many of my clients reported that whenever we are trying to connect with the View Virtual Desktop through view client it shows "BLACK SCREEN"
 Causes:-
This issue occurs due to various reasons. These include, but are not limited to:
  • Misconfiguration of connection server settings.
  • vRAM shortage on the View virtual machine.
  • Incorrect video driver version installed on the View virtual machine.
Solution:-
In my case reason was vRAM shortage. I resolved this issue by increasing the vRAM size of the View Virtual Desktop VM.
