Here are the steps those you can follow to check VMware Courses Required/Recommended for the specific certification?
1. Connect with https://www.vmware.com/certification or http://mylearn.vmware.com/portals/certification/ you will get the page like this
2. Then click on specific certification from the list given on the right hand side > then click on the Program Overview link like given in this screenshot
3. When you will click on the program overview it will open an PDF where you will get the information about that certification like given in this screenshot
